The 17th annual New Horizons Live Music Concert & Radiothon is a benefit for New Horizons Developmental Training Center in Fredericksburg, Texas, and will feature Ben Beckendorf, Beth Williams, Walt Wilkins, Craig Dillingham, Dan Tucker, Bad Rodeo, Smokey Wilson & Texas Blues, and others to be announced.
