Kelly's Cafe Opens in Fredericksburg

Fredericksburg welcomes a new restaurant, Kelly's Cafe. Featuring home-made American food, all made from scratch, the restaurant is now in operation. Pressed on a favorite dish, Chef/Owner Kelly Rogers cites the Blue Corn Green Chile and Chicken Enchiladas. In addition to home-made entrees, they also feature home-made soups and fresh salads.
