Lavender on Menu at Local Restaurants

As part of the “Fredericksburg Lavender Trail --- Farm to Table”, the following restaurants will have a menu item that utilizes lavender in the recipe from now through June 30: August E’s, Bonterra, Clear River Pecan Company, Cotton Gin Restaurant and Lodging, Fredericksburg Gourmet Coffee & Tea, Fredericksburg Herb Farm, Hannah’s on Main, Hondo’s on Main, Kelly’s Cafe, Rather Sweet Bakery & Café, Rathskeller, and Rose Hill Manor.
