"Six Flavors Over Texas" Cooking Class - 5/3
Plan outdoor entertainment with the menu reflecting the six flags that have flown over Texas. Chefs Carol Seminara and Joe Houde will be presenting six dishes, five hors d'oeuvres and a beverage. After the cooking demo, students will enjoy sampling all the dishes prepared. Cost is $50 per person.
