Texas Wine Tasting and Food Pairing Evening with Book Signing - 4/27

Hosted by Dr. Russell Kane and Chef Terry Thompson Anderson who will guide you through a enjoyable evening of tasting fine wines and delectable foods from Texas. The two acclaimed Texas authors will be signing their latest books, The Texas Hill Country: A Food and Wine Lover's Paradise, 2nd edition by Terry, and Russ’ The Wineslinger Chronicles: Texas on the Vine (Grover E. Murray Studies in the American Southwest), during the evening. Your hosts have collaborated to pair wines from Becker Vineyards, Grape Creek Vineyards, Messina Hof Winery, Sandstone Cellars, Texas Hills Vineyard, and Torre di Pietra Vineyards with tapas-style recipes from Terry’s book. Our Festival’s first silent auction will be held in conjunction in this event at the National Museum of the Pacific War's Ruff Haus.
