Pacific Combat Living History Program - 4/11-12

The National Museum of the Pacific War's Pacific Combat Zone comes alive as re-enactors in authentic World War II uniforms discuss strategies involved during the Pacific theater and provide tours of a recreated battlefield. See U.S. and Japanese training and tactics demonstrated as well as a flame thrower, 50-caliber machine gun, Japanese light machine gun and various armored vehicles. Finally, witness an attack on a Japanese pillbox. Hours are 10:30 a.m., 1:00 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. Free with regular museum admission of $6 for adults, $4 for children and free for children under six; Pacific Combat-only tickets are $3 for adults and $2 for children.
