Cooking Classes at Runnymede Country Inn

Molly Fowler returns to Runnymede Country Inn this week for two more fabulous cooking classes!

On Wednesday, June 6, 6:30 – 9:00 PM, Molly will host a Luau Buffet. This fun evening will not only give you a great dishes for a buffet dinner but fun ideas for decorating and serving! Planters Punch; Spinach Salad with Mango Dressing; Fruited Chicken; Curried Rice; Sautéed Green Beans; and Cheesecake Bars with Tropical Toppings. $40 per person.

On Thursday, June 7, 10:30 AM – 1:00 PM, Molly explains why Fresh is Best. As summer arrives fresh produce and herbs are at our fingertips. Salad of Green Beans, Tomatoes and Mozzarella with Basil Vinaigrette; Chicken Salad Provencal; Margarita Marinated Melon Compote; and Fresh Peach and Blackberry Cobbler $35 per person.
