Fredericksburg Cooking Academy presents Chocolat by Lecia Duke, owner of Chocolat in Fredericksburg, Texas, as she teaches you how to savor the differences in a chocolate tasting; temper chocolate; make a ganache, sophisticated truffles, chocolate bark and chocolate dipped fruit.
