1st Course: Petite Vichyssoise served alongside Smoked Salmon Flatbread with Micro Greens
Salad Course: Spinach Salad Martini with julienne of Prosciutto & Chick Pea Fritter drizzled with Balsamic Reduction
Entrée: Pappardelle with Venison Ragu & Marinated Zucchini
Dessert Trio: Tiramisu, Rum Baba and Lemon frangipan
