Weihnachten in Fredericksburg (Christmas in Fredericksburg) is a family-oriented holiday festival and market, proudly presented by H.E.B.

Weihnachten kicks off with the annual Christmas Parade on Friday, November 30th at 6:30PM, and runs through Sunday, December 2nd. There will be plenty of live entertainment, authentic German food & beverage, a Christmas Tree Forest, a gingerbread house contest & display, arts & crafts, activities for kids, visits with Santa, holiday shopping, & more are the highlights of this family-friendly event.

Shoppers will delight in a market filled with jewelry, pottery, gift baskets, Germans imports and more, while everyone will be tempted by the authentic German menu items such as Bratwurst plates, a Schnitzel plate, potato pancakes, waffles, beef goulash soup and more. Gluhwein, a mulled wine, is a local favorite, especially if there's a chill in the air!
