This community is joining hands to again support our troops with The Ultimate Care Package – blood drive on behalf of our military. Did you know that if the military runs short of blood, it has to purchase blood? Help defray costs and perhaps save a life by participating in a Fredericksburg area blood drive to be held on Wednesday, November 12 and Thursday, November 13, from 10:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. at the National Guard Amory, located at 598 Armory Rd. in Fredericksburg. Walk-ins are welcome, but to reserve a specific time, log on to www.militarylifeforce.com and type in this blood drive location’s 78624 zip code or either of its November 12 or 13 dates.
