TGDP Launches New Web Site

The Texas German Dialect Project (TGDP) is an umbrella organization for carrying out research in representative Texas German speech communities in central Texas. Its efforts are to preserve history, particularly the differences in Texas German dialects of individual communities, as well as to create an archive of historical materials to showcase the German influence in our culture as evidenced through interviews, old newspaper articles, old photographs, and more.
