Der Küchen Laden presents a book signing with Jane Lilly Schotz and her book Lilly For Company, a collection of favorite recipes from Austin's former Lilly & Co. Delectables. The book presents a fresh and casual style of easily prepared and enjoyable cooking, Southwestern to Italian. Organized by menus for various occasions, chapters begin with finger food, followed by fork meals, fork and knife menus, and a soup chapter. Jerry Hughes, owner of Der Küchen Laden, recommends the book as "a great addition to the experienced cook's library, as well as a starter for a beginning cook." Jane Lilly Schotz studied at London's Cordon Bleu and owned and operated Lilly & Co. in Austin, Texas from 1984 until 1998.
