Progressive Farmer’s 2007 Idea House is located in Gillespie County, nine miles northeast of Fredericksburg in Cool Water Ranch, located on Sultemeier/Moellering Road, off Ranch Road 1631. The home will be open to the public for touring until October 28^th --- Wednesdays through Saturdays from 11:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. and on Sundays from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. The cost is $5.
