FAL&HA Luncheon Program 8/22

The Fredericksburg Area Lodging and Hospitality Association (FAL&HA) will present a luncheon program on Wednesday, August 22, with registration starting at 11:30 a.m. at Inn on Barons Creek. Dr. James Patrick of Texas A&M University will discuss specific difference in marketing a service in comparison to tangible goods.

FALAHA Seminar registration ends 8/16

The Fredericksburg Area Lodging and Hospitality Association (FALAHA) is sponsoring an educational seminar by Dr. James Petrick, professor at Texas A & M University, on Wednesday, August 22, with registration starting at 11:15 a.m. Lunch will be at 11:30 a.m., with the seminar from 12:30 to 2:30 p.m. The topic will be “service marketing.” Dr. Petrick will discuss the difference in marketing a service in comparison to tangible goods. Let the Feathers Fly - April 28 LBJ State Park

This event will offer information about an outdoor activity that can involve the entire family: training homing pigeons. Presenters will give a brief talk about raising, training and competing with these birds. They will then release a flock to watch as they circle and begin their trip.
