Red Molly Concert Fundraiser at Pat’s Hall - 11/23

Since 2004, New York/New Jersey based Americana trio Red Molly has been bringing audiences to their feet with gorgeous three-part harmonies, crisp musicianship and their warm, engaging stage presence. The Whisky Drinkers of the Hill Country are having a fundraiser to support scholarships for those in the medical field. Whiskey tasting begins at 6:30 pm; concert begins at 9 pm. $100 ticket includes tasting of rare and hard-to-find whiskies, dinner and special reserved seating for the concert. $25 ticket for concert only includes general admission seating behind the reserved section.

Crime Stoppers Fundraiser featuring Thomas Michael Riley at Pat's Hall - 9/7

Gillespie County Crime Stoppers are hosting their 2nd annual benefit – "Preserving the Past, Protecting the Future” at Pat's Hall, 406 Post Oak Road.

Thomas Micheal Riley will be performing from 7-11 pm, and tickets are available for $25 online at www.patshall.com until 5PM September 7, at local area banks, or at the door.

Crystal Peak at Pat's Hall - 7/6

Thought it would be fun to see how many classes would come out to visit, dance around the tree, and generally have a lot of fun. We're bringing back the old local 80s band, Crystal Peak, so you can go back in time. This idea started with the Class of '82, but all classes are invited to attend. And if you're not a Fredericksburg ex but just want to dance, come on.....the dance is open to everyone.

Rudy from Sum Kinda BBQ will be selling BBQ sandwiches, sausage wraps, and chips and queso. Come hungry!

The Country Dutchmen at Pat's Hall - May 19

Johnny Schuch and the Country Dutchmen will be featured at Pat's Hall, 407 Post Oak Road, for the May 19 Sunday afternoon dance.

The Country Dutchmen play traditional country two-steppin' music. The dance begins at 2:30 p.m., doors open at 1:30, $8 per person

Kathy Bauer at Pat's Hall - 4/28

The Kathy Bauer Band will be at Pat's Hall, 406 Post Oak Road, for our Sunday Afternoon Dance on April 28. The dance begins at 2:30, the doors open at 1:30. Tickets are $8.

Kathy is a Texas Hill Country girl, but has paid her dues in Nashville. She's been in the top 100 on the Billboard charts, and has worked with Loretta Lynn, among others. Do you like the music of Tammy Wynette or Merle Haggard? That's Kathy's favorite style! So come enjoy Kathy's music and dance to your heart's content. Kathy has played quite a bit in the area, including the Floore's Country Store and Luckenbach.

Easter Eve Dance at Pat's Hall - 3/30

Marty White and Blue Clear Sky will be at Pat's Hall (406 Post Oak Rd) Saturday, March 30, to play their great dance music. This band specializes in George Strait covers, but they play so much more. Marty sounds and looks like George! The crowd loved him last time--they play great dancing music.

This is our Easter Eve Dance. So attend the Easter Fires, then come on over to enjoy Blue Clear Sky. We'll reserve seats with advance ticket purchase, but please call or email if several couples would like to share a table -- we'll do our best to accommodate you. The show starts at 7 pm.

Crystal Peak at Pat's Hall - July 14

After more than 27 years, Pat’s Hall will officially open on Saturday, July 14 as an event center and dance hall. The historic dance hall in Fredericksburg will once again have people dancing under its oak tree—estimated to be more than 350 years old. The building has been remodeled to include new wiring, air conditioning and heating, newly built restrooms, a catering kitchen and to be ADA accessible. The pavilion, hall or entire complex can be rented. Pat’s Hall also will host an evening public dance once a month, as well as a Sunday afternoon dance.

This month, Crystal Peak will headline a Fredericksburg High School Exes Dance. Admission is $10, doors open at 7 pm. Food vendors will be on site.

The Grand Re-Opening Dance is scheduled for July 28 and will feature Billy Mata and The Texas Tradition. For more information about public dances or to schedule private parties, call (830) 997-7574.
